FI Calls UN's Attention to West Papua
In March, Fr. Budi Hernawan spoke at the UN about human rights abuses in West Papua.  On 9th April, the UN examined Indonesia’s human rights record during its Universal Periodic Review. Franciscans International, through its advocacy reports, ensure that the review did not ignore the West Papuans.
